Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
There are a number of frequently asked questions that come our way, and therefore we thought it would be helpful to answer some of them here. If you have a question that isn't answered, please get in touch here.
Where is your practice?
Hallows Dental Practice
15 Victoria Road
The practice is located on the junction of Victoria Road and Alexandra Road. Click for a map. There is plenty of free parking on the roads in the area.
When will you be registering patients?
We aim to open the practice on Monday 18th September, 2017. We will start registering patients in early September as soon as hear from the Care Quality Commission that they are happy for us to do so. We strongly recommend you add your details to our mailing list as this will be the easiest way for us to contact you and inform you of the registration procedure.
Will your practice have ground floor access?
Yes. James and Kay's surgeries are on the ground floor, and we will have two more surgeries upstairs.
Will you have Denplan at your new practice?
Will you be taking on NHS patients?
No. We are proud to offer quality private and Denplan care for adults and children. The business and premises have received no NHS funding and are entirely privately funded.
How will I know when you are registering patients at your new practice?
We will contact those patients who've registered their interest in our practice, either by:
- Adding your e-mail address to the mailing list on the right. This is the best option.
- Sending us an e-mail.
- Telephoning or texting us.
- Writing to us.
Do you have any staff or dentist vacancies?
We are currently fully staffed and therefore have no vacancies. We will be expanding our practice in 2018 and we will be inviting dentists to register their interest in the New Year.
